Remote Tax Prep surcharge

Clients who need to or are choosing the convenience of remote tax preparation, I have to consider the extra time involved in this entire process (creating/password-protecting/uploading both the tax returns and signature documents to secure online storage and maintaining them); sometimes requiring additional followup or reminder emails, as well as the subscription costs of these services.

A 'remote preparation service/time' fee of $40 is added to tax prep service which involves this 'after-completion' process. Clients who bring their documents (upload/drop off/mail) but meet in-office to wrap up, will not incur this fee.
